Q. How many batteries are needed and what type?
A.Ā This keyring will need 3 pieces AG1 button cell (batteries are already included in your order). If you need replacement, the AG1 batteryĀ can be easily found at online shops and stores.
Q. Is it possible to get a couple of photos in it?
A.Ā Yes it is. We have some customersĀ who placed orders with more than 1 person photo.
Q. I'd like a picture of my car engraved on the glass keychain... has anyone done a picture otherĀ than a person?
A.Ā Yes, we have done that many times. A lot of customers also placed orders with their pet photos.
Q. Is the picture still clear with the LED lights turned on?

Q. Can you show me an example of the photo to be uploaded to get a good result?
A. Yes, when you upload your photo, please make sure that the head part is not cut off. Below is an example of good and bad uploads.Ā
